About the Course

Embark on your next chapter at Buzby & Blue Academy through our apprenticeship partnership with Achievement Training & Skills (ATS), the approved apprenticeship training provider. An apprenticeship provides you with the opportunity to earn money and achieve a globally recognised qualification at the same time! Through Achievement Training & Skills (ATS), learners can undertake the TQUK Level 2 Diploma for Hair Professionals while completing their practical salon training at Buzby & Blue Academy.This allows you to develop skills in blow-drying, cutting, colouring, perming and styling, as well as opportunities to build your confidence and develop high levels of customer service.

As a result, this provides learners with the practical skills and knowledge needed for employment in the hairdressing sector, preparing them for a career as a hairdresser or hair professional. This Qualification is by Ofqual and accredited by TQUK, meaning it's a nationally recognised standard.

Furthermore, we offer support in English and Maths functional skills with a qualified tutor carrying out one to one sessions online throughout your apprenticeship to guide you through and offer you the support that you need.
